Fresh flowers are highly delicate, perishable items that are custom-tailored on the day of delivery. Consequently, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once accepted in good condition. If a clear quality defect is discovered upon handover, you must report it immediately to our customer support team alongside the delivery courier to coordinate an instant replacement.
Watches & Jewelry 1-Year Warranty: We provide an official 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects exclusively covering our luxury watches and fine jewelry sets. This warranty is strictly conditional upon proper care; items must be kept away from direct exposure to perfumes, water, cosmetic creams, or other harsh chemicals.
Excluded Products: Sunglasses, wallets, belts, and other lifestyle consumable items are strictly excluded from the 1-year warranty. These items are subject to open-box inspection at the exact time of delivery only.
Damaged Upon Arrival: If any item (including warranty-excluded items) arrives damaged or with a production defect, you must submit an exchange or return request within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be completely unused, preserved in their original brand packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Orders involving custom floral setups, personalized gift curation, or external gift wrapping cannot be canceled once preparation and execution have begun. For approved refunds on eligible accessories, funds will be reversed to the original payment channel (M-Pesa or bank card) within 3 to 5 business days.
