• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for operational reasons.
• Flower Seasonality & Wrapping Materials: Fresh flowers are natural products that depend heavily on seasonal production, and specific wrapping materials or colors may vary based on availability. If your requested flower type/color or specific wrapping paper is out of stock, we will immediately contact you to present alternative premium options. No order will ever be dispatched without your explicit prior approval.
• Pricing & Descriptions: We strive for 100% accuracy in descriptions and prices. In the rare event of an unintended pricing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it.
• Payment Security & Legal Age: We provide fully secure and encrypted checkout options, including M-Pesa and major Credit/Debit cards. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age to utilize these payment systems. Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification.

2. Shipping, Delivery & In-Store Pickup Policy

We are dedicated to offering clear, reliable, and timely distribution services across Kenya. Customers have the flexibility to choose their preferred method:

A. In-Store Pickup (For Enhanced Trust)

To maximize confidence and security, all customers are welcome to choose the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout. This allows you to personally visit our physical shop in Nairobi to inspect and collect your floral arrangements and gifts directly.

B. Delivery Options and Fees

*Delivery Accuracy Disclaimer: The customer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and an reachable phone number. Rosa-ke cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect contact details or unavailable recipients.

3. Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

• A. Perishable Goods (Fresh Flowers): Fresh flowers are highly delicate, perishable items that are custom-tailored on the day of delivery. Consequently, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once accepted in good condition. If a clear quality defect is discovered upon handover, you must report it immediately to our customer support team alongside the delivery courier to coordinate an instant replacement.
• B. Warranty & Returns for Luxury Accessories:
  • Watches & Jewelry 1-Year Warranty: We provide an official 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects exclusively covering our luxury watches and fine jewelry sets. This warranty is strictly conditional upon proper care; items must be kept away from direct exposure to perfumes, water, cosmetic creams, or other harsh chemicals.
  • Excluded Products: Sunglasses, wallets, belts, and other lifestyle consumable items are strictly excluded from the 1-year warranty. These items are subject to open-box inspection at the exact time of delivery only.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If any item (including warranty-excluded items) arrives damaged or with a production defect, you must submit an exchange or return request within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be completely unused, preserved in their original brand packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• C. Order Cancellations & Refunds: Orders involving custom floral setups, personalized gift curation, or external gift wrapping cannot be canceled once preparation and execution have begun. For approved refunds on eligible accessories, funds will be reversed to the original payment channel (M-Pesa or bank card) within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Data Privacy & User Security

At Rosa-ke, we enforce stringent security protocols to safeguard your personal data (such as name, physical address, phone number, and email address). This data is gathered solely to execute your orders, facilitate deliveries, and improve your interactive shopping experience on our platform. We guarantee that your details are fully encrypted and will never be shared, leased, or sold to any external third party outside the absolute requirements of the shipping and logistics process.
