### 2. Products & Substitution Policy

*   **Flowers:** Since flowers are natural products, seasonal availability may cause slight variations in color, size, and shape compared to website photos.

*   **Substitutions:** If a specific flower or gift item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value to ensure your order arrives on time.

*   **Jewelry & Accessories:** We ensure that all watches, cufflinks, and jewelry match the descriptions and specifications on our site.

### 3. Pricing and Payments

*   All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) unless stated otherwise.

*   We accept secure payments via M-Pesa, Credit/Debit cards, and other approved payment gateways in Kenya.

*   Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed and dispatched.

### 4. Delivery Policy (Nairobi & Kenya)

*   **Addresses:** The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information for the recipient.

*   **Same-Day Delivery:** Orders placed before our daily cutoff time qualify for same-day delivery in Nairobi.

*   **Delivery Failures:** If the recipient is not available, or the address is incorrect, our riders will leave the gift with a secure reception, a neighbor, or return it to the shop. Re-delivery will incur extra charges.

### 5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

*   **Flowers (Perishable Goods):** Once fresh flowers are dispatched or delivered, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to their perishable nature.

*   **Accessories & Jewelry:** Non-perishable items can be returned within **3 days** of receipt ONLY if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

*   **Cancellations:** If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

### 6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
